Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats (gluten free, if necessary)
  • 1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a glass or bowl, mix together all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator overnight (or about 8 hours) and serve cold.
